What makes and models do you service?
We specialize in European and German automobiles — Volkswagen, Audi, BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Porsche and MINI, including high-end and exotic models. That's our focus and where our factory training and dealer-level tooling are strongest.
Do you sell cars, or only repair them?
Both. We sell quality pre-owned European vehicles and we service what we sell — and plenty that we didn't. Many of our service customers bought their car elsewhere and come to us for honest, dealer-level care without dealership prices.
How much does a brake job cost?
It depends on the model, and whether you need pads, rotors, or both — a brake job on a Golf is a different job than on a GLE. Call or text us at (519) 954-7777 with your year and model and we'll give you a firm number before you book. No surprises.
Will you safety-certify a car I bought somewhere else?
Yes. We perform MTO safety certifications on vehicles purchased anywhere — dealer, private sale or auction. If it needs work to pass, we'll show you exactly what and why before doing anything.
Does my car really need premium fuel?
If the manufacturer requires it, yes — and most turbocharged VW, Audi, BMW and Mercedes engines do. Premium fuel resists knock under boost; running regular in an engine tuned for premium can cost you performance and, over time, engine health. Check your fuel door or owner's manual — we'll go by what it says.
